If this is your first week being part of the Growth Institute family, there most be a lot of questions in your mind, that's why we want to provide you with all the information you need to have a successful start (you're welcome). Good luck!
Working hours 

We are sure that the best way to be productive is to maintain a flexible and balanced schedule. That is why Growth Institute's office hours for business are from  Monday - Friday 8 A.M. to 17 P.M. 

Lunch time is about an hour and we try to expend it together as a team much time as possible, so we can know each other better.

Attendence & Punctuality

Attendance and punctuality are vital attributes for all Growth Institute members. This means being in the workplace, ready to work, at your scheduled start time each day. We do not require a record of  hours. 

However, we expected you to meet your goals and be productive during the workday.

Comunication Channels

Growth Institute internal and external communication can occur through several different channels. Here you will find a small explanation of each channel, its purpose and the style of conversation used in each one.

Emergency closing

At times, emergencies such as severe weather, fires, or power failures can disrupt company operations. In extreme cases, these circumstances may require the closing of the office or working from home. If this were to happen, you leader will let you know what to do next.

We also have an Emergency directory that all members of Growth Institute should fill with their respective information. Remember, this is for your own safety.


Right now we are all working from home because of the Covid, that's why we want you give you some recommendations when working from home:

1. Be on time for our meetings. 
2. Keep constant communication with your team.
3. Respect your schedule and be productive
4. Always check the communication channels 
5. If need it, you still can have a day off just to relax, we know this are difficult times.

Office supplies

The company is responsible for delivering any work implement.  If you need any office supplies or other material that is not available in our warehouse, you should request it from the Finance lider. In the case of electronic, audiovisual, computational material, for conferences or calls, headphones, storage and any system, it must be requested from the IT leader.

Request a Book

Growth Institute has a lot of books, not only for sale to customers but also for you to read!

In case a client requires a book or maybe you are just interested in reading any of the books that the Growth Institute has available, please request them from the Events Coordinator, who keeps track of the inventory of books.

Reimbursable expenses

Occasionally there will be extraordinary expenses such as lodging, airline tickets, food, or any other expense related to your area that is not considered within the daily operation.

If you need to travel  to attend or organize an event, workshop or meeting, you should notify the finance area as soon as possible with the exact dates, the dates to travel and the route. 

Food and any expenses incurred during the trip must be billed to LCG Equities SA de CV and request a refund upon return with the established formats. If they are not invoiced, they cannot be reimbursed.
