Vacations
Everyone in Growth Institute (from day one) has 10 vacation days per year. So you have the right to take your vacations any time you wish...but don't forget!
This is what you must take into account before to go on vacation:
1. Confirm with your area leader the dates you want to go on vacation.
2.Don't leave any pending work and make sure to have all your meetings re-scheduled.
3.Once your team has accepted your vacations, report to finances.
4. Before leaving, send an email to team@growthinstitute to notify to the team the reason and days you will be off, and ask them if they have anything pending or important that you have to finish before your vacations.
