The coaches are a very import part of Growth Institute. They help the clients to implement out methodologies and ensure their companies keep growing.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM
This team creates and assures a success path for the customer, with the goal of helping them reach their personal learning goals. The team strives to deliver a superior service and experience to the customer and to help them best take advantage of this valuable product.
GROWTH TEAM(SPANISH & ENGLISH)
Both teams are focused on growing the organization through customers. Their main goal is to create leads and convert them to sales.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R&D)
The R&D team’s goal is to create and develop programs, courses, and top-notch learning material. Their main focus is to implement the best learning practices, create the best learning experiences, and meet certification and accreditation requirements.
SUPPORT TEAM
The goal of this team is to establish the processes, resources, infrastructure, and monetary foundation to support company growth and goals.
